never stops.

Two rosters, one bootcamp, and a queue of kids from tier-2 cities who play better than anyone expects. ARENA scouts them, houses them, and puts them on stage. Tryouts are open, and the eligibility check below is honest about whether you are ready.

FAQ

Straight

Yes. Contracted roster players are on a monthly retainer plus a share of prize money, with the split written into the contract before anyone signs. Trialists at the bootcamp get food and stay covered for the trial period but no retainer.

No. The check tells you the gap because the gap is usually closable in a season. Play the ranked grind, send us a tracker link in three months, and if the trend is right we will look again. Several of our current players failed this check the first time.

For the pro roster, yes, during bootcamp phases. Substitutes and academy players train remotely and travel in for LANs and playoff camps. Travel and stay are on us.

Practice blocks are built around class hours and we ask for proof of attendance from under-18s. If results slide, the schedule gets cut, not the studies. That rule has cost us matches and we have kept it anyway.

Revenue share on brand deals we bring, use of the streaming booths, editing support and no exclusivity on your own channel. We take a percentage only on deals we source.

An academy squad is in place and a full Valorant women's roster is the plan for next season. Tryouts for it open in November; the eligibility bar is the same one on this page.

Tryouts open till 30 Sep

Send the tracker link. We'll watch it.

Every application is reviewed by a coach, not a form. If you are not there yet, you get told what to fix, which is more than most orgs bother with.
